Customer must report to us within 24 hours after receipt of each shipment, any shortage, wrong parts, damage, and loss of products delivered. All products to be returned must have an Return Authorization number issued by us written on the shipping label and must be shipped prepaid within 10 days of receipt of the Return Authorization number.
