SHIPMENT TERMS

Most items ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. We offer expedited shipping. Buyer must contact us for a expedited shipping quote. If multiple items are purchased, we will combine orders for shipment. This may allow for a reduced shipping cost. Purchase all of your items and we will send you a invoice with the combined shipping included.

We ship UPS, US Mail or Fedex depending on the item that was purchased, the shipping address provided and the actual cost of shipment. All shipments are sent ground/standard shipping unless expedited shipping is purchased. "Free Shipping" only applies to shipments that are shipping within the continental US/lower 48 states. If you are not located within the continental US/lower 48 states please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

We now ship Worldwide. All non-US (except Canada) shipments with a total amount paid less than $250.00 must be shipped Express Mail and are subject to additional shipping charges paid for by the buyer. Canada shipments less than $250.00 still require additional shipping charges but are not required to be sent Express Mail. All non US shipments including Canada with total amount paid of $250.00 or more must be sent with UPS or Fedex and will require a signature upon delivery.They are still subject to a additional shipping fee paid by the buyer. If outside the United States please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Shipping and handling costs are based on materials used and the actual cost of delivery.

RETURNS/WARRANTIES

We do not accept returns for items that are purchased but aren't needed due to miss diagnosis or simply not needed. We provide as much information as possible about the item. It is up to the customer to make sure the item will work for them before purchasing.

All parts come with a 12-month replacement warranty due to failure or a defective part. Gaskets and electrical items cannot be returned if any of the sealed packaging is tampered with or opened, however if item is defective if may be exchanged for a replacement item. We do not warranty parts that have been damaged or failed due to customer negligence or mishandling. Refunds are only given when an exchange is not available. Shipping charges incurred by seller to ship the item to the buyer or shipping charges paid by buyer at the time of purchase are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

PAYMENT TERMS

All items purchased must me paid for within 7 days of purchase.

Buyer must include applicable state and local sales tax.

US Customers:

Due to the excessive fees charged by Paypal we no longer accept paypal as a 1st payment option. We now accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex through Checkout.You can still pay by Paypal if you wish to only pay by Paypal. Hit the "Buy it now" on all the items you wish to purchase and follow the instructions below.

---To pay by Credit Card:

Hit the "Pay Now" button and it will link you over to our payment form. YOU MUST enter your billing address exactly the way as it appears on your statements from the bank the card was issued by. To protect ourselves and our customers against fraud the billing address is verified on every credit card transaction. The charge WILL NOT go through unless the billing information matches.
