Warranty: Mercedes-Benz of North America stands behind their parts for 12mo/unlimited miles. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Mercedes-Benz dealer in the U.S. with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part. The warranty also does not cover any modifications, tempering or abuse of any sort.
Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
Returns: We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 7 days from the receipt of the item.
