Basically, your existing part that you are replacing is your \"core.\" We need to get your core back so that we can eventually remanufacture it, and continue to supply high quality parts at an affordable price. We make this very easy for you: when you receive your part from us, it will include a prepaid UPS return shipping label (these labels only work within the continental USA - if you are outside the US 48 states, you will be responsible for return shipping). Simply put your old part in the box that your new part was delivered in, attach the UPS shipping label, and drop it off at UPS or give it to any UPS driver and it will come back to us. Once we receive your core return, we will refund your core deposit. Core deposit refunds are typically issued within one week of us receiving your core.

Free ground shipping in the Continental US is usually 2-5 business days (not including weekends and/or holidays) depending on your location and which warehouse your order is shipped from. Unfortunately ground shipping delivery times can\'t be guaranteed. Expedited and international shipping options are also available.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our items come with a full 1 Year Warranty. Our warranty covers us sending a replacement item and getting the warranty item back. The warranty does not cover anything else, including labor, incidentals, etc. In most cases we do offer advanced warranty replacement, which is something that sets us apart from our competitors. We charge a deposit to ensure we get our item back, but this is much better than you waiting to send your item to us for a replacement, which many of our competitors make you do. Ask our competition what happens if their items fail - we encourage you to compare our warranty because we know it is the best in the industry! We gladly accept returns for any uninstalled item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and deduction of the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we are replacing the item under warranty. If the item fails after installation or if by mistake the wrong item is sent, we will arrange to get you a replacement item - see Warranty for details.
