You are looking at a used Mercedes Benz White Cross First Aid Kit manufactured in the USA. The MB part number is: 900 865 08 50. I am uncertain of the year of manufacture, and the only date I can find is in the Reader\'s Digest Handbook of First Aid (1975).The box is pretty well packed, but I am not 100% certain if all of the contents are present.The box itself is in pretty good shape. There is a bit of yellowing on the upper surface. The good news is the clasp is strong and not cracked.
