Up for sale is a nearly complete "kit" for a manual transmission swap from a Mercedes 240D. I have been assembling the main components to swap out the automatic transmission from a w123 and put in this manual transmission.
I bought the transmission and flywheel from a friend who removed it from his 240D with around 150k miles on it. I drove the car with the transmission in it before pulling it and it works great. The pedals, shifter, and linkages were pulled from a separate parts car and are all in good shape.
