SHIPPING / PRINT QUEUEAll of our orders are shipped via USPS w/ tracking included. Import customs duties or taxes which are not included in item price, if any, are on buyer's responsibility. Orders are printed in the order of which they are received in order to keep it fair for all of our customers regardless of source. CANCELLATIONS and RETURNSCancellations:
Once we process an order from eBay and the order has been added to our print queuing system, it can no longer be canceled. The customer can either return or refuse the package. In order to track down an order for the purposes of canceling it, would completely disrupt our business, our shipping department, and interfere with our productivity.
Returns:
We stand behind our prints 100% - if you are unsatisfied with your print/purchase (within 7 days of shipment marked as delivered) we are happy to refund you or get a reprint out immediately. The print/item that is being replaced must be shipped back prior replacement being shipped out, unless directly coordinated with us. Before opening any type of case/return request we ask you please reach out to us, theres no issue we will not resolve.
3D Printing: or Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), is an additive manufacturing process that belongs to the material extrusion family. In FDM, an object is built by selectively depositing melted material in a pre-determined path layer-by-layer. The materials used are thermoplastic polymers and come in a filament form. The best way to understand this process is think of how a hot glue gun works, it outputs melted plastic, 3D printers do the same thing except on a mm level. Moreover, since the molten material is pressed against the previous layer, its shape is deformed to an oval. This means that FDM parts will always have a wavy surface, even for low layer hieght, and that small features, such as small holes or threads may need to be post processed after printing. FDM parts can be finished to a very high standard using various post-processing methods, such as sanding and polishing, priming and painting, cold welding, vapor smoothing, epoxy coating and metal plating.
