Up for auction is a new manual boost controller. This part allows the boost level to be adjusted on turbocharged cars. It\'s a very simple ball and spring pressure relief valve, that connects in the vacuum line to the wastegate actuator. By adjusting the valve, the wastegate can be controlled to open later for an increase in boost and performance. This design allows for fast spool up, by keeping the wastegate completely closed until the set boost level is reached, at which time the valve opens allowing the wastegate to open.
