Who we are and where does our product come from?

We are a reverse logistics / returns processing company located in Western North Carolina.

Our product comes from many different sources including returns from major retailers - manufacturers liquidating excess inventory - sales - estate sales - etc.

Our "No questions asked" Warranty

Our warranty period is 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Please call us at 866-535-1936 to obtain an RMA before shipping your item back.
Products not matching description are refunded 100% including shipping both ways.
If you return the item for any reason which is not our fault refund is subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee and buyer pays shipping both ways.
We will not pay for return shipping if the compatibility function is wrong.

Shipping

We usually ship all orders the next business day after a cleared payment is received. Insurance is included at no extra charge.

Domestic ( Within the continuous 48 states)
We ship via UPS ground - FedEx ground - or USPS. All items sold for over $250 are shipped signature required.

Domestic (Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico)
We ship via the Post Office. A surcharge is added to cover the additional shipping cost.

International Customers (Non U.S. Customers):
We ship via UPS - FedEx - and USPS.

Buyers must pay all import duties and taxes. Packages usually take at least 2 to 3 additional days to clear customs on top of shipment time. Most countries charge customs duties and tax on items shipped from the U.S. Please check with your countrys customs department for more information about these. These duties are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Duties and taxes are usually collected by the shipping company. These are not to be confused for any type of additional shipping charges. Items must be marked as "purchase" and valued and insured at the winning offer amount. We cannot declare items below value or mark items as "gift". This is mandated by U.S. and international law. Please do not ask us to break the law and jeopardize our business.

Shipping Address:
We only ship to PayPal verified addresses. No exceptions. If you need shipping to another address please contact PayPal and add the new address before placing your order.

Sales Tax

We follow the North Carolina state sales tax laws. If your shipping address is in North Carolina or you are picking up the item at our warehouse we are required by law to collect sales tax. The only exception is if you have a North Carolina State Re-sellers certificate. Please do not ask us to break the law and jeopardize our business.
