Please keep the original box, packing material and the shipping label, just in case a warranty claim is needed.
We only accept returns with the original packaging.
No claims can be filed over 18 days after package has been delivered.
If product is defective/damaged upon arrival, please email us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the return/exchange procedure.
If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by shipping carrier.
If the buyer receives an incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a RMA & a prepaid return shipping label. (For domestic shipments only).
If buyer purchases the wrong item & would like to return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Buyer will also be charged for return shipping cost and may be required to pay a 15% to 30% restocking fees.
Items refused or return because of an incorrect address will be refunded less 25% & shipping fees paid by seller (including items shipped for free).
