Returns:
It is rare that there is an issue with an order, but sometimes things happen and we will make every effort to correct the problem immediately.
In the unlikely event that you need a return, all returns must be within 14 days of purchase, include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Please include a copy of the invoice with a written explanation of the reason for returning.
You may return merchandise purchased from RadAuto. Provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy below are followed.
All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). An RMA number must be issued within 14 calendar days after the date of receipt.
Please make sure that the RMA# is clearly visible on the shipping label.
A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return MUST be INSURED.
Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number and/or UPC codes will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in shipping products back. All shipping costs must be prepaid by customer. That also includes the cost to originally ship it to you in the first place, even if it was FREE shipping.
Due to the extreme weight of most of our products a restocking fee of 15% (as per warehouse) may apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
If an item is refused for any reason other than being visibly damaged, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on our behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
DamagedItems: Allpackages are inspected prior to leaving our warehouses. If an itemis visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and notethe manifest as such. Contact our customer service department within3 calendar days and an immediate replacement order will be preparedfor you. If you are refusing the delivery of the item and it is notdamaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, insurancecharges for the delivery both ways, and a 15% restocking fee. Adamage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace theitem immediately once the claim is approved.
