The console shell is attached to the mounting shell with 4 clips some have 1 screw in front and 2 screws under door , 2 clips on the front,2 Clips on the rear, pull down from rear and the 2 clips will release then pull down the front. Remove the computer from the console removing the #10 torx screws, and send to us the computer just as removed. DO NOT SEND JUST THE CIRCUIT BOARD,could get damaged and they have.
