  • Most items ship out within 1 business day unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Some items like Grand Rock Exhaust Stack Kits are built to order and can take longer to ship.
  • All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays.
  • We can only ship to the PayPal confirmed address.
  • The average time for delivery once shipped is 2 days +/-.
  • We do not ship outside of lower 48 U.S. states. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO. Outside of the lower 48 all shipments go through 's Global Shipping Program. We ship your order to 's Global Shipping facility in Kentucky. From there handles all shipment details.
  • By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you are responsible to make arrangements with the shipping company to receive your product. If the package is refused at the door or you aren't able to make arrangements to receive the product and the item is sent back to our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • We will ship your item via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Since we offer free shipping on all our items, we reserve the right to ship to you using the service that will get your order to you the quickest way possible for the least expense to us.

Parts Damaged in Shipping
  • For damaged shipments, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
  • We will file a damage claim with the carrier. Shipping companies require the original packaging for inspection. It is your responsibility to keep all original packaging.
  • Expedited shipping is at the customer’s expense for replacement of damaged items.
  • LTL Truck Freight shipped items. Inspect all products for damage and confirm product quantity at time of receipt. If LTL shipment is damaged refuse receipt. Signature of receipt is confirmation that product is received in good condition. Please notify us immediately if you refuse LTL shipment due to damage.
