No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 30 days old and no returns without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) #. BH Performance offers the manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the product. A20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable and for orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply.
