About twenty years ago, I bought out a foreign car parts store, and as a part of that purchase, acquired about 150 pair of Koni shocks, all new in the box. I've stored them for over twenty years, and now I'm retiring and getting ready to move. So the shocks have to go. This is a new old stock pair of Koni 80T-2147 shocks, which fit the front of all Lotus Europas from 1967-1975, either Renault or Twincam powered.In spite of the flaky paint on the rebound rubbers these are NEW shocks. I also have several pairs of used front Koni's with good studs.I've used both Koni's and Spax on my Europa Twincams and S2's and the Koni's never suffer from that other brand's broken damping adjuster syndrome (where it just spins round and round and you can't find the zero point).These shocks are currently out of production, and I've seen new sets on E-Bay for upwards of $600.00.
