Ballasts are 2 stage units.. 1st Stage(Bright) is the parking lights and 2nd Stage(Brighter) is the brake lights. I had these specifically made from the Manufacturer for the 1997-1998 Mark VIII Neon Tail light.The installation is pretty simple.
