- RETURN POLICY
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for exchange or Sales Return Authrization (SRA) number for refund.
- Return for refund: we ONLY accept returns within 30 days from the date that the item was delivered according to tracking number. There will be 25% restocking fee. Shipping postage is not refundable. If the returned parcel is not packaged well and gets damaged after inspection, refund will NOT be applied.
- DOA (dead on arrival) or defective item within warranty period.
- We will NOT reimburse the postage for shipping it back to us for exchange or refund.
- SALES / CUSTOM TAX(based on shipping address)

- Canadian buyers: Since and paypal will not automatically add the sales taxes, we will need to bill extra invoice for the missing taxes. - APO/FPO shipping can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the ship-to location.
- Shipping within Canada usually takes 2 - 7 days
- Shipping to USA usually takes 3 - 7 days
- Orders are NOT processed during weekends.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- Some items crossing the border may be delayed in arrival due to customs. Please be patient. Your parcels will arrive and we have no control over things like heightened security alerts and customs.

All shipments go out within 1-2 business days.(Most order will be shipped within 24 hrs, and we'll send you the tracking number after it is shipped by UPS and be able to trace the package if needed. All the package to Canada/USA we use UPS ground service to ship from Eastern Canada and can take from 2-7 business days to be delivered that depends on your location.
Return policy:
Items must be in resalable condition and never been used. A 25% restocking fee would be applied on the purchasing price and shipping fee is non-refundable (if purchasing from internet, mail, or phone order).
Buyer should receive a valid registered RMA# by mail, Email, or phone after notifying seller, here name as COSMO Racing, for purchased item return and both parties agree with return policy.*We would not accept any return item(s) without issued RMA# and would not process refund in the case. All the loss of claims, which including shipping, damage, and lost are subject to buyer if return without a valid RMA# or not issued. The entire return shipping fee is subject to buyer as sender's own expenses.
All the returns from USA have to ship by US Postal Service and will be accepted. We would process the return and issue a refund check within 48 hours after return item(s) is confirmed and qualified with the mentioned return condition.
*Attention: We would not accept any return through UPS or FedEx shipping companies due to high brokerage fee, or it would subject to sender's own expenses.
