Initial Inspection:Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems including claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns:Quality Sourcing needs to be notified within 30 days of receipt to request a return. All returns require a return authorization number or the return will be refused. All items must be returned unopened, unused, as originally received, and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued once product is received and verified. You must insure the return against damage.
Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable.If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Quality Sourcing will be deducted from any refund that is issued. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order Refusal:If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
