Returns:

We understand from time to time the need to return and item may occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our return policy. We will exchange defective or damaged products within the warranty period.This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• Returns for refund are accepted for the first14 days after the customer receives the item

If a customer returns an item by choice, meaning it is not caused by defect or performance, which originally had free shipping there will be a $6 fee deducted from the refund.If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.

• Please contact us by using the messaging system.
• Any problem with an Item must be reported within the warranty period.
• If items are damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package or no claim will be allowed.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• Exchanges are free of cost to customers during the warranty period.
• Customer is responsible for shipping and returning for refund. Unless we ship you the wrong product.

Please do not send any items to us without a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) Number.

We ship items Monday through Friday; we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Standard order processing time is 1-2 business days from the date of cleared payment. While we try to get all orders out the next business day we will notify customers of any delay that may occur.

• We ship all orders using FedEx, UPS, and USPS services. We will post tracking numbers directly on the order detail page. Customers are responsible for being home or arranging delivery. If a package is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct and valid address at time of checkout. As per and PayPal terms and conditions we cannot modify the address from what is stated at checkout. Return packages are subject to a reshipment fee.
• All packages with high value will require a direct signature at seller’s discretion.
• We will only ship to the PayPal confirmed verified address.

Domestic free shipping listing:

• Estimated order transit time: 1-10 business days from the shipment date.
• Total estimated delivery time: You should receive your item by a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 10 days.
• Shipping methods will be with FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, or USPS services. The shipping method will be at seller’s discretion. We will choose a shipping method that will insure your merchandise arrives safely and in a timely matter.
• If a package arrives damaged the customer must report this to us within a 24 hour period or no claim will be able to be filled.
• If an item shows delivered to the customer and this is an error by the shipping courier this must be reported within 24 hours or the item will be confirmed delivered and no claim can be filled.

• PayPal payments must be from a verified PayPal account.
• If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we have the right to void and cancel your order.
• In the case of an incorrect address being entered during checkout,we cannot make edits to the address but we will fully refund you upon request so you can reorder with the correct address.
