Lightning Force Performance offers our replacement idler pulley in a reduced diameter (2.00\"/ 50mm ) to provide the necessary clearance when installing an oversized overdrive crank pulley ring(s). Our idler pulley installsas a direct replacement for the factory idlerlocated at approx. 10 o\'clock position relative to your crank pulley. Our precision CNC machined pulley uses your originalpulley bolt for a perfect installation.
Like all LFP idler pulleys, this pulley is precision-machined using billet aluminum then hard-coat anodized on the backside and the belt surface area for extreme wear resistance and protection. LFP incorporates Specialhigh-speed bearings. These bearings have been provento survive at highspeeds, that a small-diameter pulley will see. These high strength bearings are press fitted in a dual-bearing configurationto provide unsurpassed stability, durability and longevity. A precision-machined billet sleeve is included providing a perfect fit over the factory pulley mount.
Our LFP replacement idler pulley is necessary in super charged CTS-V & ZL1 applications when you are installing our larger supercharger drive rings (sizes 9.1\" and larger).
