Weunderstand that there are many reasons why you may wish to return part(s) ormay even wish to cancel your order.
Pleasesee our returns policy below or contact us if you have any questions.
Weare required to physically inspect all returned items before we can exchangethem or before a credit note can be issued.
Return of parts(within 14 days)
Youcan cancel your order (in writing) any time before it has been dispatched. Anorder may not be cancelled after it has been dispatched or while it is intransit, but must be treated as a return. In this eventuality a refund will beprovided when the goods are returned to us. You must immediately return thegoods at your own cost (carriage charges are non-refundable)
Pleaseensure all goods are adequately packed to avoid damage, you should insure themaccordingly with the carrier and obtain a proof of shipment. Please note thatall goods must be in the condition supplied at the point of sale and with theiroriginal, undamaged packaging. If this is the case we will be unable to refundyou for this product and the good(s) may be returned to you.
Noresponsibility can be accepted for goods received by us, damaged.
Returnsare not permitted on parts specially ordered by LRNJ AUTOPARTS from otherSuppliers on the customer\'s behalf.

Pleasenote that any returns may be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Incorrectgoods dispatched
Occasionallythe wrong item is sent to a customer. You are free to return these goods in new& unused condition for 30 days after delivery. You will have the option ofan exchange for the correct item or a full refund. If you have been incorrectlycharged, we will correct the discrepancy. LRNJ AUTOPARTS will meet the cost ofreturns postage for goods sent in error (within reasonable limits) oncereceived back to our premises. In some instances the value of the goods may notmake it a viable proposition to send back to us and in these circumstances wemay ask for photographic evidence or write off the goods.
Important
Exchangeswill only be made where the same item is available in stock at the same priceas the original. Items bought at special offer prices cannot be subsequentlyexchanged for identical items on sale at higher prices. If an item is notavailable a full refund may be the only option.
Exchangeprocedure
Ifyou are returning goods for an exchange we would normally have to wait for thegoods to arrive with us and inspect them before we can send out thereplacement. However we recognize that sometimes and exchange must be madequickly and so we can send out a replacement immediately. We must take paymentfor the replacement but as soon as the return arrives we will give you a refundon that cost.
