? If product is in stock at the factory warehouse, it will be picked up and shipped out between 3-10 business days

- Policy on Guaranteed fitment, if there is a fitment issue please contact us. We will need you to send in pictures of the the parts and show us what is wrong with it. Also a copy of the business license from the body shop doing the installation. If the parts is defective after reviewing of the info you provided we will send a freight carrier to pick up the bad product and ship out new product.
- Defective Products. All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is not consider to be defective. In addition. carbon fiber products are hand crafted and no two items will be identical. small imperfections such as wavy weave, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrates true defects on products prior to return.
- Return - We will only take return only if the product is brand new, never opened. never installed. The buyer is subject to an 25% restocking fee. Even it states the shipping is free, for return items $155 dollars will count as original shipping cost.
- Shipping times can take up to 4-8 weeks. We can not guarantee shipping times due to back orders in the industry. Although 95% of our product arrives in 1-2 weeks. But it can take up to 2 months to receive product. If a back order occurs we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order & full money back.
- All parts must be prepped and installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with fiberglass car parts including but not limited to cutting, filling, sanding, and shaving. Extra fees can be incurred for proper fitment. All parts are for off-road and show use only. Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars maybe necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers, this is done at the buyer/owners own risk, we do not accept liability for injuries resulting from customization of buyer/owners car, this is done at their own risk. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws. ALL HOODS REQUIRE HOOD PINS FOR SAFETY REASONS.
