We require some basic information to verify and process your order. We will NOT ship the product unless we have verified information. Upon order completion please provide us with the following:

For over 40 Years, our company has been dedicated to providing quality cylinder heads and Auto Parts for customers internationally. Our facility is located in Southern California 20 mile radius from Los Angeles. We utilize all of the latest style equipment used for remanufacturing our cylinder heads. Our Rottler equipment is U.S made and produced in Washington, CA and has the latest technology used in today's cylinder heads. The engine industry is continually changing, and in order to be competitive you must be up to date with the latest style machinery. Our cleaning process is one of the most intensive in today's industry. Once we receive our core cylinder heads, they are sent over to our Hot Tank which uses an aqueous solution to remove the grease and oil from the head. After that process is completed, the valves are sent over to our Glass Bead machine which is very aggressive in restoring the valves to give it a shiny new finish. The cylinder head is than placed in an Ultra Sonic machine which uses electricity along with water to help remove carbon from all ports and water jackets. The engine is than sent over to the machining department to begin restoring the cylinder head to new condition. Machine Shop Pros uses what is called a PCD (Poly Crystalline Diamond) to mill all aluminum cylinder heads and CBN (Cubic Boron Nitrate) for cast iron. PCD is a diamond stone which is the only material recommended to cut aluminum cylinder heads. The Rottler S7M is accompanied by a cutter with 2 separate diamond inserts. The Rottler VR7 refaces the valve to provide the perfect 45 degree angle to make sure the valve sits tight in the head. It also grinds the valve stem/Butt. In addition, the 3 angle valve grind will grind the valve seat to the perfect angle to ensure proper valve closure. Once the valves are ready, they are inserted in the cylinder head and checked using a vacuum valve seat tester. This machine will suck air from the intake to ensure the valve and valve seats have been machined properly. If the vacuum valve seat tester senses a leak from the valve, this means the valve or valve seat was not ground properly and the head will be re-ground to ensure proper valve closure. Once the head is complete, it will be sent over to the Trego Pneumatic Valve Spring Press. This is the finest spring press available in today's market. This machine will assemble the valves and valve springs in the cylinder head. The head is now complete and ready for packaging.
Machine Shop Pros undergoes an extremely meticulous quality control process to ensure our cylinder heads are the highest standard. After our cylinder heads are cleaned, they are sent over to Sunnen Pressure tester where the cylinder heads will be inspected for any hairline cracks which are not visible to the naked eye. If the machine head is cracked, it will not continue to the next processes of remanufacturing. This is how we continually strive to provide the highest quality of cylinder heads and assure our customers that if has been tested and ready to install.
With each cylinder head you purchase, you will be given the option to buy the head gasket set & head bolt kit from our company at a wholesale discount. Machine Shop Pros works with all the brand name gasket suppliers in the industry such as Victor Reinz, Fel Pro, & DNJ. Each manufacture will require a different gasket material in order to seal properly. We have all gasket types ranging from MLS (multi-layered steal) and graphite. Machine Shop Pros offers a 7 Year Unlimited Mile Warranty on all cylinder heads sold. The warranty documentation, invoice, and packing list is sent along with every cylinder head. We ask that when installing the cylinder head make sure you are using the recommended head gasket as the manufacturer requires. You may also order the head set along with your cylinder head. Please make sure that the cooling system is in place and that the hoses, water pump, thermostat, and radiator are in GOOD working condition. Please understand that we are just selling the cylinder head and if any other part in the vehicle is old or damaged it can and will cause harm, or overheat the cylinder head. Every head sold will come with Heat Tabs which if removed will VOID your warranty. This heat tab's center will melt if the cylinder head overheated, causing the warranty to be VOID. Machine Shop Pros makes it super convenient to return your old cylinder head. Once the head arrives, it will come packed with padding and plastic to protect the head from being damaged in transit. You will simply insert the head in the same box and re-use the packing material. You will than take the prepaid label which arrived with the head and stick it on to the box. Depending on the label and what company will do the pickup, you may than take it over to any UPS, Fed Ex or DHL station or give it to a driver and they will simply take it for you. We will accept your cylinder head in any condition, we just need it complete with all the parts. For example if your cylinder head came with camshafts, your core needs to be returned with camshafts.
