Damage caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect installation or improper cleaning is the responsibility of the purchaser. All claims are calculated from date of purchase. Returns
- Please inspect your Boot Cover before you attempt installation, to make sure that you received the correct color and product for your car. If TopsOnline has made a mistake, or if there is any problem with the product you have received, please notify us immediately, and we will make it right for you.
- Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt to obtain return authorization. We will not accept items returned without a return authorization.
- Buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
- Our product must be folded carefully and returned in the same condition it was received and in the original box.
- Items will not be accepted for credit if installation was attempted. Only brand new items will be accepted in original box.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
