For sale once again. Will not separate, kit is for sale as a whole. In no rush to sell either. My eBay price is the same as my outside of eBay price, so save your lowball offers. Also, I am not interested in international shipping. Canada and Mexico may be do-able however, but no guarantees. Ask first.

For sale, is the pride and joy behind the powerplant that was once installed in my Honda. Odds are, if you are looking at this, then you already know of the rarity of the item. These have been out of production for some time, and are getting even harder to find. Almost makes me not want to list it.

I've owned this setup for the last decade, and it has been beyond great. When I purchased this setup, I took no risk, and spared no expense. And by that, I had the supercharger fully disassembled, inspected, and best of all ported, and had a 3.4in pulley installed. The intake tube was port matched to a 60MM throttle body, which is also included, as well as all the sensors, IAT/TPS/IAC. The manifold was also port matched to the cylinder head, which was 1mm over gasket match ported, and had any and all castings removed for smoother transitions. Not pictured, but included is the pulley/tensioner bracket.

This setup IS SERIOUS!

With my fully built head, 1mm Oversized valves, cam, 4-1header with 2.5 collector, and 2.5 exhaust all the way through, this setup made 11psi. On a stock setup, you will max the factory MAP sensor because I made 14ish psi with my original head, and 4-2-1 header with the 1 7/8 collector.

Again, THIS SETUP IS SERIOUS!

Now, for some of the bad, nothing major, but needs to be know. The teflon coating on the supercharger rotors has started to flake/peel. While this does contribute to higher charge temps, it won't negatively affect anything. There are places you can send the rotor packs to for re-coating if you feel it needs to be done. The tensioner pulley will need to have the inside bearing replaced, as it has started to fail. The pulley may still be available from Moss Motors, you can check for yourself on this. And for the belt, I had to purchase a 6 rib belt, and use a razor to remove the 2 additional ribs. Because of the boost level, the belt usually needed to be replaced ever 8-10 months

And for the EXTRAS. IF, and only IF the Buy it now option is used, will this stuff be included.

Modified supercharger manifold for what was the start of my AIR-WATER intercooler project. I have 2 additional laminova/ecotec cores, not pictured, that are also included. Also not pictured, is the heat exchanger from an 03/04 mustang cobra (terminator).

Pictures are of actual items, any additional questions, feel free to ask, and I will respond as soon as humanly possible. This setup will fit ANY Single Cam D SERIES MOTOR made between 1988 until 2000. The original pulleys for a D16Y8 - 3 Rib will be included. I don't recommend using the 3 Rib setup, but if you must, it is included. This setup was removed from my Civic shortly before Thanksgiving due to the engine finally calling it quits after a decade. Charger has about 50K miles on it also, plenty of life left, no shaft play either, solid and snug.
