This module is designed as a plug in module that attaches to the vehicle’s computer externally. It features dynamic spectrum tuning which provides performance gain of up to 30 horse power. This module also improves the throttle response, acceleration and low end torque. It facilitates easy and quick installation.

Performance tuning is more difficult on 1986-current Ford vehicles since the factory computer doesn\'t have a chip that can be easily replaced. To solve this issue, JET developeda plug-in module that externally attaches to a Ford vehicle\'s computer. The JET Ford Performance Module improves throttle response, acceleration, low-end torque and can add up to 30 horsepower. It optimizes the ignition spark advance, air/fuel ratios and transmission shifting for ultimate power and mileage gains and includes JET\'s exclusive Dynamic Spectrum Tuning(DST) for optimal performance across the entire power band (not just at full throttle). The JETFord module is great for towing, SUV applications, all out street performance cars and everyday drivers. Daily drivers can use low-cost regular fuel for potential mileage gains, but use of mid-grade or better is recommended for optimal performance gains. This module easily installsin 30 minutes or less, is smog legal in 50 states and works well with aftermarket intake/exhaust systems, mass air sensors, TBI spacers, etc.
