Please read thoroughly so you understand our policy’s
All packages shipped to a PA address or picked up at our shop must pay 6% sales tax
Do not leave neutral or negative feedback before contacting me, I will make the situation right
We ship UPS, UPS freight, and USPS, I have up to 5 business days after cleared payment to get an item out, most times they go out much quicker. Most items get out under 3 days, but there are cases it is up to the 5 if we get backed up. If you need an item out sooner, let me know and I’ll see what I can do. Holidays and weekends are NOT business days, if you pay on Thursday evening it may not go till Thursday morning of the following week, I try my best to get items out ASAP.
Large items such as transmissions, doors, seats, large center consoles or very bulky items are the one that take the longest to make sure they make it to their destinations unharmed
UPS freight items take the longest in regards to packing/skidding and getting prepped to get sent out, it may take up to 7 days for a freight item to get sent out. Soon as tracking is available, ill upload
My shipper that packs and ships everything emails me the next day after shipping all tracking #’s for the previous day, I will upload them soon as I can. We strive to get them uploaded quickly
Do not buy an item and then ask to cancel the sale because you found it cheaper elsewhere, or changed your mind. Make sure it’s the item you need, and ask questions before you buy it. Shop around for pricing if you don’t agree with my sales. We charge a 20% restocking for returned items, We only will cancel a sale within an hr of the end of the sale
These parts all are taken from jeeps as old as 1960’s, do not expect a new part, that’s what dealerships are for, these parts may have scratches, dings, dents and associated wear with a used item. We try our best to describe items as best as possible, if an item is not up to par, contact us, and we will come to a solution.
If the item came off dirty its being shipped dirty, we don’t clean anything off of the parts
All parts are marked permanently and if a returned item comes back without our markings on it, we will not issue a refund.
All engines/transmissions are marked by our techs, so we know if it’s our item you are trying to return, don’t be stupid
We do international shipments no problem, most of our items make it to their destinations fine, but occasionally some get lost, we cannot be held accountable for the postal service, so we cannot refund postage for international shipments, we will issue for the actual item only.
If you have a contact in the states, we will gladly ship any item to them, motors, trans, so forth so don’t hesitate if you have a special request
All our rebuilt transmissions carry a 12 month warranty from time of purchase. It does not cover abuse such as transmission being run dry on oil, including seal failures, or no oil being put in during time of install, does not cover shipping price or install labor or towing, and any other costs that may be associated with damages that may occur due to failure of the unit or component. The unit will be repaired in our shop including parts and labor to fix the component, and if it cannot be fixed we will supply a replacement one
There is a core charge of 200-275 for each transmission, the core must be of rebuildable core with no cracks in the case, or major damage, if the core is returned to use and is found to be only semi usable we will pro rate the core charge that’s due the customer. Contact us about the core and the shipping of the core back to us before purchasing
On all items we only guarantee the hard parts, we do not guarantee foam, axle joints, driveshaft joints and other wearable items, we will mention it in the listing about any wearable item
All axle assemblies we only guarantee the housing is straight, backing plates, ring/pinion, spider gears, axle shafts to be straight and diff cover, we DO NOT cover differential seals, axle seals, pinion seals, diff cover gasket seal and ALL brake parts including brake lines, brake hardware, pads/shoes etc
All motors are guaranteed to not have any abnormal sounds, and each engine has a compression test done on it soon as it gets In the shop. We will supply the compression #’s with the sale. All engines are just the valve cover to the oil pan, no intakes, no carb or throttle body, no ps brackets, no ps pump, no alternator bracket or alternator, no fan, just the bare engine is how it will get shipped
We will ship any item freight as long as buyer is willing to pay, if you need a good amount of stuff we can fit a good amount of items on a skid and we get good freight shipping rates
