(Please keep all unwanted parts/components that you have taken off of this item until 30 Days in order to be able to return the item)
  1. We do not charge any restocking fee.
  2. Shipping charges are not refundable as well as returning shipping charges must be prepaid by customer,
  3. We are not responsible for any labor charges,
  4. If this item need any minor or major repairs the item must be returned back, We do not pay for any part or labor (NO EXCEPTIONS),
  5. Warranty of any Seized or Blown engines by customer during warranty period due to unprofessional installation or any other reason is void,
  6. Refund or replacement will be issued only after receiving the item back to our warehouse.
RETURNS The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization number from Japan Power Inc. before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
