Returns will only be accepted with an RAN #(Return Authorization Number). Customers who wish to return or upgrade a product must do so within 30 days of receiving the original product. Returns must be in the original packaging and resalable condition. No returns will be accepted if the package has been opened or installed. If the product is defective it can only be exchanged for the same identical product. Returns or cancellations will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
