2009-2012 5.7L Challenger Hemi package = 1 ¾” Shorty Stainless steel Headers and 2.5” Non catted Mid-Pipes.

JBA has been building and testing headers for the 5.7L HEMI since it was introduced in 2003. With this experience our engineers were familiar with the design and flow characteristic of the heads and knew what the engine would respond best to. The engineering team at JBA addressed the critical short comings of the 5.7L HEMI exhaust manifolds with a fresh design that started with high flowing 1-3/4" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing. By giving each cylinder a smooth unrestricted path, back pressure is reduced and flow goes way up. The giant 3" collector was engineered using JBA's patented Firecone® - a unique directional device similar to what you find on a long tube race header - which improves flow by providing efficient scavenging of exhaust gasses. Other standard features like thick 3/8" CNC laser-cut flanges, O.E. style JBA sealing dome connection to the exhaust and high quality hardware make them a highly effective upgrade for the HEMI. Bolt-on a set and feel the JBA difference.

If you're looking to get even more power from your 5.7L HEMI powered Magnum, Charger or 300C,Challenger check out these new high flow Mid-pipes from JBA. These precision built components are engineered to deliver a huge increase in performance for the re-born legend and a powerful exhaust note. These new mid-pipes feature mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, high flow catalytic converters, and provisions for 02 sensors for an easy bolt-on installation. Once installed, these components open up the exhaust system for substantial performance gains and a healthy change in the exhaust note. Installation can be done in about one hour with common tools. These mid-pipes are designed to work in conjunction with JBA Cat4ward® headers or factory manifolds.

JBA shorty headers are one of the best performance upgrades available for any application. Hot Rod magazine rated headers as one of the top 10 power parts installed on a vehicle. JBA shorty headers are significantly less restrictive than the stock manifolds on a vehicle and dramatically increase the power and efficiency of an engine. JBA's original shorty design is an innovation of the old long tube header. The new shorty designs yield high performance gains that hot rodders and enthusiasts look for. With durable stainless steel construction that can survive the abuse of racing, towing, and daily driving, these headers can take a beating. With heavy duty features and patented technology, like the JBA Firecone® collector,* JBA shorty headers have the capacity to produce more power than any other shorty headers on the market. Each system includes high quality hardware and thorough instructions for a professional no-leak installation.
