- Electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances
- Shipping, labor, towing or incidental fees are not refundable
- Please Allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive the returned item for your refund
If your part arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact shipping company or us within 3 days from when you received item.
Warranty/Defective Replacements

We will contact manufacturer and inform them of the defect. Manufacturer may want defective/failed item returned to them. If such is the case the buyer has two choices:
- Return item and wait for manufacturer to send replacement. Please be aware that this option does not guarantee that the replacement part will be available once manufacturer receives defective item and shipping time may delay getting your vehicle fixed.
- Pay the current full price of replacement part plus any shipping and handling. Once you receive replacement you would ship defective/failed part back to us. Once we receive failed/defective part and verify that it was ours we will then refund you the cost of the original part minus any applicable shipping cost.**
**We must receive failed item within 14 days from receiving the replacement
