If SSC does send an incorrect part, that is deemed incorrect by SSC, SSC will issue a UPS Return label via email or U.S. Mail for the item to be returned. Upon receipt of this item in Unopened condition, SSC will send a replacement via UPS Ground at no charge. If Customer needs the item in a more timely fashion, They must prepay for the replacement part (and any expedited shipping means required other than U.P.S. Ground) and SSC will refund their payment minus the shipping charges upon receipt in New Unopened condition. Any Item that does not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense. NO EXCEPTIONS!
