I do not accept returns because the part you bought does not fit your carcar, it was not the right color for your car, or if there is any other reason that you bought the wrong item. You need to do your own research & figure out if this is right BEFORE you buy it. If you don't know, please ask any questions that you need to ask, or request a picture of whatever you need to see to help you figure that out. I will often list what a part is supposed to fit, according to Hollander Interchange or other sources in the title and/or description as a courtesy. Even if the title or description says that it fitsyour car, it is YOUR responsibility to verify that before you buy it.
If there is some reason that a return is authorized, the actual cost that I paid to ship it to you will NOT be refunded PERIOD.
If it is listed as "free" shipping, free shipping only applies to items that you keep. Obviously I did not ship it to you for free. I had to pay Fedex, USPS, or another shipper to send it to you. So on the rare occasion that a return is accepted, whatever the actual shipping costswere will not be refunded.
If something is damaged in shipping, I will file an insuranceclaim on your behalf. Your refund will come once Fedex or USPS settles the claim. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to process. Weekends and holidays are NOT business days. It is in your best interests to do it this way. If you file a case with Ebay & then escalate it to a claim, you will have to pay to ship it back to me. If you let Fedex/USPS take care of the claim, it will cost you nothing.

In man cases, if you pick this up locally, that will reduce the cost of what you will need to pay me for this part. That is simply because I will not have to pay Fedexor the USPS to ship it to you. RETURNS
Returns are not accepted unless I send you the incorrectpart, or I send you something that is proven to be defective. If a return is authorized because I was told that part is defective, that part will be tested before a refundis given. If you tell me it is defective & it is not, no refund will be issued. This is done to reduce the numberof people that tell me something is defective when it is not, just so they can retun a part to get a refund. I test virtually all parts before I list them on Ebay. So defective parts from me are extremely rare.
No guarantees are made that a part will fit your vehicle. Even if it says above that it will fit your vehicle, you need to verifythis for yourself before purchasing. Refunds are not given because a part does not fit your vehicle.
Before a refund is given, you must send the part back to me. There are no exceptions.
