Our decals are made from high quality 6 year adhesive back vinyl. Each decal is professionally cut with a vinyl cutter. They will stick to any smooth surface and can be applied indoors or outdoors. Lasts even longer when applied to indoor applications. These are vinyl cut outs so there is no background or clear backing. The background color is whatever you apply it to. All our decals come pre-masked with a transparent application tape for easy application, just peel and stick. If you want the imaged mirrored for applying the decal on the inside of a window, please let me know when ordering.
