INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Place the stem cover on the tire stem. Then take one of the caps and the little key. The hexa tool (uniquely sized) will then be used to screw the tops in place. Screw them hard enough using the tool. DONE! Now the caps can only be removed with your tool. If somebody tries to steal them, the caps will turn loose. To get them out, you simply need to reverse the procedure using the hexa tool.
