You know the drill... steamy defroster vents and the smell of antifreeze in the car. Worse yet, that puddle of coolant sitting in your front passenger carpet. Heater core repairs are very labor intensive, usually involving removal of the dash and hours upon hours of labor. If you don\'t mind losing your heat function, then here is a solution that requires a few minutes. This bypass hose kit installs on the two heater hoses where they would normally pass thru the firewall to the heater core. Parts are made to last, with brass connectors (not plastic) and an OEM reinforced neoprene heater hose molded to prevent collapse. Just disconnect your hoses at the heater core nipples and connect them to this part. Add hose clamps and replace your coolant and you are done!
Note, this is for cars that have double diameter heater hoses, 5/8\" and 3/4\" hose. If you need one for just 5/8\" only or just 3/4\" only, check my other auctions. Thank you!
