Cores forre-manufactured parts must be returned to us in the original box will all the coretags attached. All cores must be fully assembled and with no external damage.
All truckorders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage is must be noted onthe bill of lading. If damage is found after the shipment is accepted the carriermust be notified within 48 hours to be able to file a concealed damage claim.
Warranty
A 180-daywarranty provided by the manufacturer applies to all items sold, unless otherwisestated. The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanshipand materials.
It coversthe replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacementis not available, a full refund for the cost of the part, only, will be issued.
Shippingand handling are not refundable. We shall issue a replacement for the defectivepart at no extra cost to the customer, limited to the original 180-day warrantyperiod.
However,the buyer is required to send back the defective part at his/her own expense. Mostof our products come direct from the manufacturer and are intended for jobber purposes,instruction manuals may not be included.
Installationby a professional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product. Warrantymay be voided due to improper installation.
Our liabilityunder no circumstances shall exceed the amount of the original sale The warrantydoes not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation,alteration or modifications.
