Offered is a used pair of Hooker Competition Headers to fit 1967 – 70 Mustangs and Cougars with the Ford 390 engine for automatic or manual transmission These headers are 15 to 20 years old, though they are used they are still in very solid condition, no thin spots just a few love dents. They have 3 inch collectors. Included are a pair of flanges I had custom-made to be a direct fit for the Edelbrock aluminum heads, as stock Hooker headers really don't fit those heads correctly. Study the photos, you'll see how the "new included" Edelbrock header gaskets fit the new flanges perfectly made to fit the aluminum heads perfectly, no potential for leaks!!! Some time ago I was in the process of getting these prepared for the flange changeover, but have since sold the project car and now they're not needed. What you see is what you get. If you are planning on running the Edelbrock aluminum heads on your big block Mustang then by buying these and finishing the changeover you will save yourself a TON of headaches.
