Mega Racer, founded in Southern California, is an e-tailer that offers a variety of headlight bulbs for most vehicle models. We offer our customers the opportunity of having brighter headlight bulbs for either upgrade or replacement purposes at a low cost, compared to other retailers.
As always, customer satisfaction is very important to us because we firmly believe our customers are the main force for our company growth. We definitely want you to recommend us to your family and friends while we are consistently working hard and trying our best to give you the smoothest transaction.
If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please look at our return policy and we do offer a 30 days warranty for the majority of our bulbs.
Messages:
Our normal business hour is Monday to Friday except public holidays. Therefore, all the messages and questions received on the weekend will be answered on the following Monday. Most messages and questions will usually be responded by our customer service within 24 to 48 business hours.
Shipping & Handling:
Our main shipping courier is USPS under normal circumstances. Tracking number will ONLY be provided for priority mail unless specified differently. We also offer discount shipping for most items if you order multiple pairs. Please note that bulbs will be shipped within two (2) business days usually after payment is received and cleared.
Insurance of $1.00 is HIGHLY recommended because we are not responsible for any damage or lost during delivery.Please refer to our return policy for more details. Local pick up is NOT available.
We do ship WORLDWIDE and welcome all the international customers.
Payment Condition:
Due to policy, we can only accept PayPal.
Please commit to pay as we will file unpaid item dispute if we do not receive a cleared payment seven (7) days after listing ends. Negotiation and bargaining are not allowed.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30 full days warranty on our items. If the bulb is defective, we will send you a replacement bulb ONLY IF you send us back the defective bulb. This is mainly for our protection and we will inspect the bulbs carefully before resending. We will only issue exchange or refund if the item is in ORIGINAL condition and it must be UNUSED and UNDAMAGED.
All shipping and handling cost is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return item postage fee.
