You are looking at a pair of H7 HID bulb adapters. These adapters are needed to install an HID kit on certain cars. Certain H7 bulbs are mounted on such a RING that holds them allowing you to mount your HID bulbs.

IMPORTANT! READ PLEASE: VW MK5/MK4 headlights can use these adapters, but due to the variation in headlight designs, we recommend you take your vehicles adapter out and compare to ours. VW some models use two types of headlights from different manufactures which require different adapters. For this reason we cannot guarantee fitment*.
