- The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
- We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
- Item is dead on arrival or damaged
- There is a manufacturing fault with the item
- The wrong item was sent to you
- If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a 25% restocking fee to cover costs & associated fees. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Warranty does not cover any related installation costs involved.
- Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Online Autoparts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Online Autoparts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.

Below is a list of the most common questions we receive. Please peruse them before sending us an email.
Yes. All orders can be picked up at our Geebung warehouse. Items can be paid at time of collection of prepaid. Pickup times are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please contact us before pickup so we can have your item picked and ready for collection. Some items are not available for pickup immediately.
Please go to our CHECKOUT page found within every listing for full instructions on paying for your item. We accept Mastercard, Visa Card, Paypal & Bank Deposit.
- Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all of our prices include GST. We are a registered Australian company and you will receive a GST tax invoice with each item you purchase. Please contact us if one is not supplied with your order.
- Do I get a discount on shipping if I win multiple items?
Yes, you do! Australia wide customers will receive a big discount on the lower of the two shipping costs. In Most cases the shipping of additional purchased items will not add to the shipping costs. We only charge the shipping cost of the item with the highest shipping price. This is our incentive to you for buying extra items at the same time. These items must be added together before completing checkout and payment. Please see item description for details.
International Customers we cannot offer the same discount to but you will save on shipping by combining items in the one checkout.
