If your glove box is open all the time this kit will fix it for you, it usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete the installation.
If your glove box is CLOSED then you must first open it one more time and disable the two prongs that are visible the glove box is open. You can easily cut them off with either a hacksaw blade, a dremel, or a grinder. If you do not want to do that you can jam something in the hole, or use a pair of pliars and twist until they break off. With this kit, you will never miss them and your glove box will be user friendly again.
