Shipping Terms

Please allow 24 to 72 business hours for order processing; orders are NOT processed after 1 pm Pacific time Monday-Friday and are NOT processed on weekends or holidays (this includes Air orders).

Subaruparts.comdoes not show real time inventory. If we are out of stock on an item, we will order it and notify you by email the status of all the parts on your order.WE DO NOT CALL. Orders are shipped when they are complete only. Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days depending on many factors including whether or not the items were in stock and which shipping method was chosen. Transit times on Air orders do NOT include order time from our warehouse; for example, if we do not have the part and it takes two days for us to receive, transit timesbeginswhen the package is shipped from us to you.

Please note that we do not accept phone or email orders as they do not provide an online trackable record for your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason. If your order is cancelled you will not be charged and your bank/credit card company has up to 72 business hours to return the held funds to your available balance. International banks have different policies and may reserve the right to hold funds for longer.

All orders placed in Washington state and/or shipped to Washington state are required to pay sales tax by law.

  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2 to 7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.


Return Policy

No refunds after 30 days. All return parts must be in theoriginal packagingand you must include a copy of your invoice. If you did not provide your VIN number on the original order we cannot guarantee that the parts that you ordered are correct for your vehicle. Any returns or exchanges for items from non-verifiable orders will be done on a case by case basis and any costs accrued will be the responsibility of the customer. There are no returns on electrical, fuel, performance parts, previously installed, or special ordered parts, because we cannot restock them. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returns if we concluded the order was your error, but still a returnable item. If the error is ours, we will cover shipping expenses and re-send the item to you. If the order error is the customers, charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit.Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight collect shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.

Returns: Please include either the original packing slip or the item order number with the return. For your protection, we recommend that you ship using a method that is able to be tracked. A credit will be issued when we have received the part and verified that its condition is acceptable. Again, ALL returns must be in their original, unaltered, Subaru packaging with the genuine Subaru part number. All returns MUST be shipped to:

Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in theoriginal packaging.   • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
