THIS ITEM REQUIRES A $150 REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSIT IN ADDITION TO THE PURCHASE PRICE. We cannot ship your part until the core deposit is paid.

We use your existing part that you are replacing as your \"core.\" We need to get your core back so that we can remanufacture it and continue to supply the highest quality parts at an affordable price. When you receive your parts from us it will include a prepaid UPS return shipping label (these labels only work within the continental USA - if you are outside the US 48 states, you will be responsible for return shipping). Simply put your old part in the box that your new part was delivered in, attach the UPS shipping label, and drop it off at UPS or give it to any UPS driver and it will come back to us. Once we receive your core return, we will refund your core deposit. Core deposit refunds are typically issued within one week of us receiving your core.

Core return freight is the responsibility of the customer

In order to receive full core credit, your core(s) must be returned within 30days from receipt of order. It must be as is “off the engine.” Full core credit will be given if core meets acceptance criteria.


No Core Credit issued when:

  • Core is seized or hydraulic head is cracked
  • Excessive damage ( Heavy use of Bio-diesel and rust are common causes for unacceptable core)
  • Core is fire damaged
  • Cracked or damaged injector bodies
  • Core is returned after 30 days


Please do the following when returning a core

  • Make sure you have removed all fittings from your old unit
  • Drain all fuel and oil from unit
  • Package cores so that fuel and oil does not escape from the package


NOTE: packages that have fuel or oil residue on the outside of the box during shipping will not be delivered by UPS or the postal service which will cause delays.


  • Please re-use boxes and bags that parts were shipped in originally. These boxes are UPS approved to reduce damage while being handled in freight.
  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please write on the box “Core Return” and have RGA # clearly written on the outside of box
  • Include copy of original invoice and RGA inside box
  • Please retain all RGA numbers, Invoice numbers and UPS tracking information until credit is recieved by you.

We warranty BECS Pacificproductsto be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified on your invoice. It begins from the date purchased.

This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or reinstallation of theproduct. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for TIME, RENTAL, OR OTHER PARTS not purchased from us, or ANY LABOR. This warranty covers fixing or replacing the productonly. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the part. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the productsold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. Your warranty will be null and void if the part fails due to improper installation. If the product sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return the auto part to us, postage prepaid, along with your sales invoice. Your dated invoice will establish your eligibility for the warranty. We will, at our option, replace or repair the part free of charge and return it to you postage prepaid.


THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND OUR ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. Merchandise Return Policy

To ensure your satisfaction, we permit our customers to return items purchased from BECS Pacific LTD, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below.


14 Day Return Period

You may return an item purchased from BECS Pacific LTDfor any reason up to 14days from the original Invoice date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new” condition. 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Return Merchandise Authorization


To return an item, you must first request a Return Goods Authorization (or “RGA”) number. To obtain an RGA number.Option 1 to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives and provide them with the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy. RGA numbers will only be issued to current customers.


Unauthorized Returns

Items returned to BECS Pacific LTDwithout a valid RGA number will not be processed. BECS Pacific LTD will not be responsible for unauthorized returns.


Restocking Fee

All returnswill be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Return Shipping Procedures

Please carefully box the item to be returned and clearly print the RGA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please add the RGA number to the packing slip and place it inside the box. Only return the item(s) listed on the RGA. The item must be shipped to BECS Pacific LTDwith all shipping costs/duties prepaid. Freight collect shipments will be refused. You may be required to provide a tracking number for proof of delivery in the event is needed.


Return of Defective Products

Items that do not function correctly or are flawed in a material way are considered defective. Manufacturer policies vary regarding product warranty and handling of defective items. Some defective returns may require manufacturer approval and, in certain cases, the manufacturer may require you to work directly with them to authorize the return. In the event that you purchase a defective item from BECS Pacific LTD, the Customer Service Representative will do everything in his or her power to ensure that the item is replaced as quickly as possible, subject to the guidelines of each manufacturer’s policy. Please provide the Customer Service Representative as much detail as possible when requesting an RGA # for a defective item. Defective itemswill notbe subject to the 15% restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Products

Special order items, used replacement parts, items that have been installed, and obsolete or discontinued products are not eligible for returns.


Shortage Claims and Shipping Errors

Please carefully inspect all shipments upon receipt. If you have received fewer items than the quantity ordered or a different item from the one ordered, please contact Customer Service Representative so that we can provide you with the correct item(s) and/or issue an appropriate credit. Any shortage claims or shipping errors must be reported within three days from the receipt of the shipment.
