body kits are sold "As Is". Buyer are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation
fee, shipping charge is non-refundable. Used item is not eligible for ANY
partial or full refund. Damage may occur during shipping. Any damage in shipment
is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made
by the purchaser directly to the freight company. In case of damage, keep all
boxes, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the freight company to
inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to
make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the
kit does not fit, please contact us no later than 10 days after receiving the
item, all sales are final after 10 days. If you want to return an item, that
items can't be modified or used in anyway, items must be in perfect condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to understand all of the work involved in
the installation process for body kits. Understand that fiberglass kits are not
always direct bolt on, sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may require
prep work. Paint job and professional installation are needed. We recommend
having a custom body shop install kits. Most collision shops do not know how and
will charge an unreasonable price! as you may know these are after market parts.
