What are our shipping rates?
We offer a flat rate for shipping within 48 states for most items, but due to dimension size for some items, we only can use specialize freight/shipping companies that handle large size dimensions, which a residential fee require by the freight/shipping companies for extra residential addresses handling.
What shipping companies we use?
We use varieties of freight/shipping companies, such as Pilot, Fedex, UPS, USPS, Bax, EDI, Overnight, Daylight, etc. Our shipping dept. have the final saying and decide which shipping companies to use. No exceptions.
Why Shipping cost is so high for outside of 48 states?
We sell many items that most can be considered oversize even thought is lightweight. The shipping is charged by dimensional weight and the fee also includes all the packaging/handling cost/labor/administration/etc. Also, most of the items are ship by air.
Additional Shipping Information:
- Orders are shipped out within 2-3 working days after payment is clear/receive (Except on weekends/holidays)
- Packages are shipped from Monday thru Friday
- After item ship, takes approx 8~10 business days to received item
- Intl Orders can take 14 days or longer due to custom, we are not responsible for any delayed for Intl orders
