You are looking at aGM air compressor inflator hose with fittings. This was included in General Motors vehicles that had a factory installed air compressor. With this hose you can inflate any one of your tires (I haven\'t measured how long the hose is, it is long enough to reach the front of the vehicle though), or any other air filled item with the included adaptor fittings. The air gauge reads0 to 100 psi and has a built in pressure relief valve by the gauge,the hosehas areinforced covering, and there are 3 fittings (aneedle fitting,a cone fitting and a threaded adapter for larger Schrader valves). This kit came out of aChevy Venture van and will work on any GM vehicle equipped with a factory air compressor.It is in a large zip lock bag (this is how it came with the vehicle), there is no carry case with this air line kit. There are no signs of usage other than the rubber ring on the non gauge end that seals to the pump or fitting has a piece torn off the top of the seal (that\'s why it islisted as used). This will still operate properly, at worst it may leak a little air while it is being used. The rubber ring isremovable and can be replaced or even turned over for a proper sealing surface.
