Performance increase can be added to this kit as well! Smaller pulleys are sold through vendors on the internet to increase boost pressure BUT this will raise intake temps and would require meth injection if you wanted to go that route so use caution.A WAI (warm air intake) and CAI (cold air intake) tube with a cone air filter like K&N can be added (sold separately)
After installation of this kit, your car would have to be towed or driven very conservatively to your local GM dealership for 2 reasons:1.) Inspection of the install by a certified GM tech2.) The car\'s onboard computer will need to be recalibrated with new fuel maps, timing and sensors of this kit. THIS IS REQUIRED!
The recalibration/inspection is to be done at your your local GM dealership as described on page 20 of the installation manual.The additional cost of this service is $99.00 and is not part of this sale! This is an out of pocket cost for you, please keep that in mind.
