All returns require an RMA authorization request stating the reason for the need to return a purchased item, just ask via e-mail, and must arrive within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. New items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the reason for return is one that I have NEVER heard in 14 years of selling to eBayers!
