- Gasket Matched to the Felpro 95580 gasket (with a little bit of material left on outer edges of ports since they feed into the pushrod pinch and reduces velocity).
- Ported Throttle Body Opening to allow use of 58mm throttle body, you can still use smaller sizes as well.
- Plenum porting behind throttle body bores to remove the bumps for the IAC passage and map sensor bolt boss bump.
- Intake throughly cleaned inside and out including removing the plugs to clean internal passages.
- Runners finished with cartridge rolls
- I will refund $65 of you original purchase price if you send me your stock intake back, this is NOT a core charge. The price in the listing is the price of the intake outright. The intake must be in good condition, no cracks, stripped holes, broken bolts or excessive oxidization. It also must include the large pipe plugs in the bottom of the intake as they are included with the intake in the listing. You must pay the return postage on the intake. You do not need to send me an intake if you do not want to.
This is a Fully Ported LT1 intake manifold.The intake runners have been gasket matched and fully ported for outstanding flow. This intake has been ported to accept a 58mm throttle body.The stock intake is only bored to 52mm so if you use a throttle body larger than that you will only get the flow of the 52mm. You can still use a stock, 52 or 54 mm throttle body if you chose to. All gasket surfaces have been cleaned and this intake is ready to install. This intake has beencleaned and Painted with high temp ceramic engine paint. This can be had in red, black silver or unpainted, Just let me know what you want. If I do not hear from you I will send a black intake. Also colors listed are always available.
This will work on all of the 1994 to 1997 LT1 and L99 engines and is a direct bolt on for these years. This can be adapted to the 92 and 93 engine but you will need smaller fuel rail bolt which I can provide for free and the holes in the fuel rails need to be elongated to the center of the intake since the bolt spacing on the 1992 and 1993 intake is wider from side to side than the later intake. Let us know if you need the bolts when you make the purchase by either sending us a message or making a not on the payment.
Since the LT4 intake has become very hard to come by, getting a set of good LT1 heads may be a much better way to go.
Gaskets are not included.
